Support the development of the employer branding program.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1508\">\n<p data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1508\">Develop and maintain: job posting content across platforms, career page content, training materials, expert\/talent pools, candidate databases, interview\/test libraries, and recruitment\/training tools and platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1702\">\n<p data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1702\">Receive training needs, develop training plans, coordinate with departments and experts to implement training programs, and assess post-training effectiveness and application in daily work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1819\">\n<p data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1819\">Directly conduct onboarding training for new hires and deliver soft skills training based on personal strengths.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1908\">\n<p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1908\">Promote and foster a learning and knowledge-sharing culture across the organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1979\">\n<p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1979\">Prepare HR reports and perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2007\"><strong data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2007\">Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"3088\">\n<li data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2141\">\n<p data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2141\">At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and training at reputable companies\/groups in Real Estate, Retail, or F&amp;B sectors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2279\">\n<p data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2279\">Strong networks and relationships with partners, universities\/training centers, and top experts in Real Estate, Retail, F&amp;B, IT, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2388\">\n<p data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2388\">Deep understanding of the labor market, labor laws, and industries such as Real Estate, F&amp;B, and Retail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2576\">\n<p data-start=\"2391\" data-end=\"2576\">Logical and systematic thinking, innovative and creative mindset, with strong ability in analysis, evaluation, and proposing ideas for talent attraction, recruitment, and development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2577\" data-end=\"2722\">\n<p data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2722\">Excellent communication, interview, presentation, training, negotiation, and customer service skills;
