Research and analyze the Group\u2019s business models and processes across all sectors (Retail, Services, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Logistics, Real Estate), as well as study leading global enterprises to identify best practices, innovation opportunities, and improvement areas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"903\">\n<p data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"903\">Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for IT solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1131\">\n<p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1131\">Lead research and analysis of enterprise management platforms and solutions; assess trends in technology and services; identify pain points and propose advanced IT solutions for improving business management and operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1305\">\n<p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1305\">Propose overall IT architecture, digital transformation strategies, IT roadmap, and implementation plans that align with business goals across the Group\u2019s growth stages.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1501\">\n<p data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1501\">Source, evaluate, and recommend IT solutions, partners, vendors, consultants, and experts for IT projects. Ensure partnerships with top-tier Vietnamese and international technology providers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1818\">\n<p data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1818\">Serve as Project Manager (PM) for the Group\u2019s IT projects: define goals, develop plans, coordinate, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure collaboration between internal departments and external experts\/vendors for successful project delivery (in terms of quality, timeline, and application effectiveness).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1972\">\n<p data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1972\">Propose IT organizational structure, roles and responsibilities; manage IT operations across the Group; continuously evaluate and optimize processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2143\">\n<p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2143\">Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing IT team (including BA, R&amp;D, Devs, AI, Automation, IoT, Implementation, Operations, User Support, Data, Security, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2228\">\n<p data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2228\">Lead the development and improvement of IT regulations, processes, and policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2300\">\n<p data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2300\">Manage IT assets and resources effectively across the organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2452\">\n<p data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2452\">Advise the Executive Board on strategic IT and business solutions. Prepare and submit work plans, budgets, and implementation schedules for approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"2457\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2459\" data-end=\"2485\"><strong data-start=\"2459\" data-end=\"2485\">Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"4262\">\n<li data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2871\">\n<p data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2871\">Minimum 5 years of experience as a CTO\/CIO; proven experience as PM of enterprise ERP implementation projects (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Odoo) for retail chains; preferably with AI, Automation, IoT, Blockchain solutions at large corporations in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or MarTech sectors. Hands-on involvement in at least 2\u20133 successful ERP\/digital transformation projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2872\" data-end=\"3045\">\n<p data-start=\"2874\" data-end=\"3045\">Experience in building and leading IT teams of 20\u201350 members, including BA, Backend\/Frontend Devs, Testers, UI\/UX, Data, AI, Blockchain, Systems, and Security personnel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3046\" data-end=\"3192\">\n<p data-start=\"3048\" data-end=\"3192\">Strong capabilities in business analysis, R&amp;D, identifying trends and technologies, proposing relevant IT solutions for business requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3193\" data-end=\"3383\">\n<p data-start=\"3195\" data-end=\"3383\">Capable of designing comprehensive IT architecture, digital transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps. Able to develop SOPs, reporting templates, and standardized workflows.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3384\" data-end=\"3681\">\n<p data-start=\"3386\" data-end=\"3681\">In-depth understanding of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Odoo), WMS, POS, CRM, Microservices Architecture, API, Cloud (AWS\/Azure\/GCP), Enterprise Blockchain (Hyperledger, Ethereum), AI\/IoT camera integration (especially for smart retail), Data Governance, and real-time data processing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3682\" data-end=\"3768\">\n<p data-start=\"3684\" data-end=\"3768\">Experienced in working with IT vendors, technology partners, and external experts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3769\" data-end=\"3932\">\n<p data-start=\"3771\" data-end=\"3932\">Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
