KLB Group Extends a Heartfelt Gift to the Family of a Former Employee – Honoring a Legacy of Dedication
At KLB Group, gratitude is not just a value – it is a guiding principle, deeply rooted and carefully nurtured through every generation. The Group not only honors the contributions of those who currently walk alongside its journey of growth, but also cherishes and remembers the dedication of those who were once part of the KLB family.
In this spirit, the Board of Directors of KLB Group recently presented a meaningful gift to the family of Mr. Nguyễn Quang Huy, a former employee residing in Team 6, Toan Thang Hamlet, Tu Dan Commune, Khoai Chau District, Hung Yen Province. Mr. Huy had been a valued member of the Group from 2010 to 2018, during which time he made significant contributions to various projects with unwavering commitment and heartfelt dedication.

Sadly, after a long and difficult battle with a serious illness, Mr. Huy passed away in late 2018. At that time, KLB Group extended not only its deepest condolences, but also provided VND 200,000,000 in support to help his family through the funeral arrangements — a gesture of sincere appreciation for a beloved teammate.
Seven years have passed. Time may soften grief, but the memory of Mr. Huy’s devotion remains vivid in the hearts of those who knew him. KLB Group has continued to stay connected, encourage, and support his family over the years.
Recently, upon learning that his family wished to renovate their old, deteriorated home — a place filled with cherished memories — the Board of Directors of KLB proactively offered financial support of VND 300,000,000. Previously, Mr. Huy’s father, Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Bình, a first-class war veteran who fought in the liberation of Southern Vietnam, had received VND 100,000,000 from the government for home repairs. However, the amount was insufficient for reconstruction. With deep respect, KLB stepped in to help complete the renovation.
This act is more than just support — it is a living tribute to those who have served the nation and contributed to the Group. It is both a heartfelt thank-you to a former colleague and, in a way, a gesture of filial piety on Mr. Huy’s behalf, honoring his parents even though he is no longer present.
During the emotional moment of receiving the gift, Mrs. Đỗ Thị Vuốt, Mr. Huy’s mother, shared with tears in her eyes: “My family and I are deeply moved by the thoughtfulness and compassion of KLB’s leadership. Huy was just an ordinary employee, not a blood relative, yet over all these years, the Group has continued to care and show such love. This meaningful support gives us strength and helps us feel the deeply human spirit that defines KLB Group. On behalf of Huy, I would like to sincerely thank the Board of Directors and every member of the KLB family. I wish you all good health, success, and peace.”
At KLB Group, every individual who has ever journeyed alongside us — no matter how briefly — deserves to be remembered and honored. For we believe that the enduring values of an enterprise are not solely built on achievements, but also on human connection, kindness, and gratitude.
