Demego becomes the operation management unit of Feliz Homes
On the morning of June 27, 2023, at the Sales Office of the Feliz Homes project, the Signing Ceremony for the Operation Management of Feliz Homes took place between the project’s Investor – KLB Joint Stock Company – and Than Nong Development Investment Joint Stock Company (DEMEGO).
The event was witnessed by representatives of local authorities, leaders of both parties, construction contractors, and distribution units, marking the milestone of DEMEGO officially becoming the Operation Management unit for the Feliz Homes project.
Feliz Homes is a residential complex spanning 21,023m², with a housing construction density of just over 20%. Nearly 80% of the land area is dedicated to green spaces, water features, amenities, and internal roads. The project comprises three towers rising 25–27 floors above ground, three basement levels, 1,248 apartments, 5,000m² of commercial center space, and a shophouse system.
