• Building the Hong Phong Commune Medical Station (valued at 5 billion VND)

• Constructing the Quang Ruc Village Cultural & Sports Center (4 billion VND)

Additionally, he personally contributed:

• 2 billion VND to the “Gratitude Fund” of Ninh Giang District

• 400 million VND for housing support to veterans

• Support to the Poor People’s Fund, Education Encouragement Fund, local infrastructure upgrades, tree planting, and pagoda restoration in Quang Ruc village.

Altogether, his contributions exceed 20 billion VND, helping the locality meet the criteria for an advanced new-style rural area.
