Job Description

  • Oversee all operations of the IT Department, including R&D, business analysis, system architecture, solution and software development, system operations, and cybersecurity—ensuring the Group develops national and international-standard IT solutions and platforms.

  • Lead R&D and Business Analysis activities. Research and analyze the Group’s business models and processes across all sectors (Retail, Services, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Logistics, Real Estate), as well as study leading global enterprises to identify best practices, innovation opportunities, and improvement areas.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for IT solutions.

  • Lead research and analysis of enterprise management platforms and solutions; assess trends in technology and services; identify pain points and propose advanced IT solutions for improving business management and operations.

  • Propose overall IT architecture, digital transformation strategies, IT roadmap, and implementation plans that align with business goals across the Group’s growth stages.

  • Source, evaluate, and recommend IT solutions, partners, vendors, consultants, and experts for IT projects. Ensure partnerships with top-tier Vietnamese and international technology providers.

  • Serve as Project Manager (PM) for the Group’s IT projects: define goals, develop plans, coordinate, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure collaboration between internal departments and external experts/vendors for successful project delivery (in terms of quality, timeline, and application effectiveness).

  • Propose IT organizational structure, roles and responsibilities; manage IT operations across the Group; continuously evaluate and optimize processes.

  • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing IT team (including BA, R&D, Devs, AI, Automation, IoT, Implementation, Operations, User Support, Data, Security, etc.).

  • Lead the development and improvement of IT regulations, processes, and policies.

  • Manage IT assets and resources effectively across the organization.

  • Advise the Executive Board on strategic IT and business solutions. Prepare and submit work plans, budgets, and implementation schedules for approval.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CTO/CIO; proven experience as PM of enterprise ERP implementation projects (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Odoo) for retail chains; preferably with AI, Automation, IoT, Blockchain solutions at large corporations in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or MarTech sectors. Hands-on involvement in at least 2–3 successful ERP/digital transformation projects.

  • Experience in building and leading IT teams of 20–50 members, including BA, Backend/Frontend Devs, Testers, UI/UX, Data, AI, Blockchain, Systems, and Security personnel.

  • Strong capabilities in business analysis, R&D, identifying trends and technologies, proposing relevant IT solutions for business requirements.

  • Capable of designing comprehensive IT architecture, digital transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps. Able to develop SOPs, reporting templates, and standardized workflows.

  • In-depth understanding of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Odoo), WMS, POS, CRM, Microservices Architecture, API, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Enterprise Blockchain (Hyperledger, Ethereum), AI/IoT camera integration (especially for smart retail), Data Governance, and real-time data processing.

  • Experienced in working with IT vendors, technology partners, and external experts.

  • Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills. Able to translate technical language into operational/business language for CEOs and non-technical users.

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Automation from reputable local or international institutions.

  • Aged 35–45; in good health, high energy, enthusiastic, responsible, resilient under pressure, and ready to face complex challenges.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
