Job Description

Job Objective:

  • Develop creative brand concepts for real estate projects, beer restaurant chains, and retail supermarket chains that are distinctive, impactful, and appealing to target customers.

  • Create compelling content to drive sales across both online and offline communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation for Communications

  • Develop brand concepts, brand stories, and positioning for real estate projects, beer restaurant chains, and retail supermarkets.

  • Build communication plans for various project stages in real estate, F&B, and retail chains.

  • Write PR articles, project introductions, and knowledge-sharing posts for websites, fan pages, and groups.

  • Create content for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo OA, Email Marketing, etc.

  • Brainstorm and write scripts for project review videos, consultation clips, and viral campaigns.

2. Content Strategy by Project Stage

  • Work closely with the sales department to understand products and target customers.

  • Develop content plans aligned with each sales phase (pre-launch – booking – launch – after-sales).

  • Keep updated with market trends, investment insights, and legal policies to produce accurate and engaging content.

3. Content Optimization & SEO

  • Write SEO-optimized articles to rank project and investment-related keywords on Google.

  • Apply technical SEO techniques: headlines, meta descriptions, H1–H3 tags, internal links, etc.

4. Media Channel Coordination & Management

  • Manage content for company fan pages, websites, and relevant groups (real estate, F&B).

  • Coordinate with designers, media, and advertising teams to ensure consistent and effective content delivery.

5. Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track engagement, click-through rates, and leads generated from content.

  • Analyze user insights to refine and improve content strategy.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in content creation, content marketing, and brand concept development in the real estate, F&B, or retail sectors at reputable companies or corporations.

  • Strong logical and creative thinking, with the ability to quickly grasp ideas and translate them into relevant messages.

  • In-depth understanding of marketing, customer psychology, buying behavior, consumption trends, and marketing funnels and tools.

  • Proficient in Canva, Google Docs, and AI tools for content creation; experienced in video script writing.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, especially with sales, media, and advertising departments.

  • Capable of building relationships and working effectively with KOLs and agencies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Economics.

  • Male or female, aged 25–35, well-presented, proactive, positive, enthusiastic, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

  • Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
