Job Description

  1. Advise and make recommendations to the Group’s Board of Directors on organizing the accounting apparatus, accounting methods, tax optimization, and accounting-related policies for the Group and its subsidiaries.

  2. Organize the structure of the Accounting Department; develop organizational charts, job functions, job descriptions, and determine accounting personnel needs for the Group Office and its subsidiaries.

  3. Manage and operate the Accounting Department to ensure full execution of its roles and responsibilities.

  4. Manage accounting personnel: recruit, train, assign tasks, evaluate performance, recommend salary and bonuses, and guide accounting staff across the Group and subsidiaries to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and responsibility.

  5. Develop accounting regulations, policies, and procedures related to spending, procurement, cost control, advances, payments, documentation, and records; provide guidance to related departments to ensure full compliance with regulations and proactive financial reporting, inspection, auditing, and timely settlement.

  6. Organize the execution of accounting procedures that meet the Group’s management requirements.

  7. Organize the accounting and timely recording of all transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documents to facilitate efficient audits, settlements, and compliance, while optimizing tax obligations for the Group and subsidiaries.

  8. Lead the preparation of financial statements and periodic management reports for submission to the Chairman/CEO to support effective decision-making.

  9. Organize budgeting, spending planning, and expense control in accordance with regulations.

  10. Prepare documentation and loan plans for working with credit institutions on financing and disbursement.

  11. Review monthly tax filings, financial reports, annual tax finalization documents, and year-end financial statements in accordance with current regulations for submission to regulatory authorities.

  12. Organize, coordinate, and take responsibility for audits, project settlements, tax finalizations, inspections, and interactions with relevant authorities on financial and accounting matters.

  13. Propose software solutions for real-time accounting, revenue and cost tracking, and inventory control.

  14. Update and disseminate tax and accounting policies and regulations across departments within the system.

  15. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chairman/CEO.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.

  2. Over 5 consecutive years of experience as Head of Accounting or Chief Accountant at reputable, large-scale real estate developers, involving projects such as apartment complexes, urban areas, or resorts.

  3. Proven experience in managing full accounting operations, cost and capital pricing, tax optimization, and completing project settlements for at least 2–3 real estate projects, ensuring complete, systematic, and risk-free documentation (in Hanoi or other provinces).

  4. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with other departments.

  5. Excellent planning, organization, implementation, supervision, analysis, evaluation, and creative problem-solving skills. Capable of managing and developing an accounting team.

  6. Preference given to candidates with a passion for and understanding of technology, who have participated in implementing ERP or accounting software solutions for performance analytics. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting/ERP software.

  7. Deep understanding of policies and regulations related to accounting, taxation, and real estate business laws.

  8. Systems-oriented mindset, eager to learn, innovative, and creative.
