Internal Communications Team Leader
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:

Develop leadership ideas and messages into concrete strategies, campaigns, events, and internal communications activities aligned with corporate objectives.

Plan and execute internal communication campaigns and multi-channel events (internal app, Zalo, Facebook, Email, Website, etc.) both online and offline.

Create engaging content and scripts for events; write articles, produce videos/clips, run minigames, design posters, and manage content across internal platforms (website, fanpage, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement.

Lead and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to organize corporate-wide internal activities such as Company Trips, Year-End Parties, Teambuilding, Sports Days, Birthday Celebrations, Mid-Autumn Festival, Charity Programs, Groundbreaking & Grand Opening Ceremonies, Sales Launches, Policy Announcements, and Employee Satisfaction Surveys.

Source and coordinate with service providers for video production, event planning, design, and deployment of communication materials.

Act as creative director or MC for major corporate events and gatherings.

Report, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness and results of communication activities and events.

Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Candidate Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Communications at reputable corporations, with proven achievements in building a distinctive and vibrant corporate culture.

Strong skills in event directing, emceeing (MC), scripting, photography, filming, video editing; proficient in Canva, CapCut, Google Docs, and AI content creation tools; experienced in video scripting.

Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Creative and quick-thinking, with the ability to transform ideas into clear, compelling messages.

Team-oriented and effective at coordinating with various departments.

Well-connected and capable of working effectively with KOLs and agencies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Economics.

Male or female, aged 25–35; well-presented, proactive, energetic, responsible, and resilient under pressure.
