Recruitment & Training Team Leader
Job Description

Receive and clarify recruitment needs from departments (headcount plan, job description, candidate profile, expected start date).

Plan and execute sourcing strategies across all channels, building a strong candidate database for all open positions.

Proactively expand networks and partnerships with job portals, universities/training centers, associations, and industry experts in fields such as Real Estate, Retail, F&B, Culinary, Beer, Design, IT, Digital Transformation, ERP, Data, AI, Blockchain, Agencies, Marketing, Headhunting, etc.

Participate in and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, initial interviews, in-depth interviews, evaluation, reference checks, negotiation, offer letter issuance, onboarding, and employee integration — ensuring a smooth and effective experience.

Contribute to building employee experience journeys, career path frameworks, competency frameworks, evaluation systems, and policies/procedures for recruitment, training, performance review, promotion, and offboarding. Support the development of the employer branding program.

Develop and maintain: job posting content across platforms, career page content, training materials, expert/talent pools, candidate databases, interview/test libraries, and recruitment/training tools and platforms.

Receive training needs, develop training plans, coordinate with departments and experts to implement training programs, and assess post-training effectiveness and application in daily work.

Directly conduct onboarding training for new hires and deliver soft skills training based on personal strengths.

Promote and foster a learning and knowledge-sharing culture across the organization.

Prepare HR reports and perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Candidate Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and training at reputable companies/groups in Real Estate, Retail, or F&B sectors.

Strong networks and relationships with partners, universities/training centers, and top experts in Real Estate, Retail, F&B, IT, etc.

Deep understanding of the labor market, labor laws, and industries such as Real Estate, F&B, and Retail.

Logical and systematic thinking, innovative and creative mindset, with strong ability in analysis, evaluation, and proposing ideas for talent attraction, recruitment, and development.

Excellent communication, interview, presentation, training, negotiation, and customer service skills; strong command of English is preferred.

Team player with strong coordination skills across departments and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Economics, Business Administration, Law, or Economics from domestic or international universities.

Aged 25–40; presentable, energetic, positive, responsible, agile, flexible, sharp, honest, and exemplary in conduct.
