KLB Group Kicks Off Organizational System & BSC-KPI Project
On July 19, 2024, KLB Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Strategic Consulting Team for BSC & KPI, officially kicked off the project to build and operate a comprehensive performance evaluation system using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

During his speech at the event, Mr. Bùi Trọng Tấn, Chairman of the Board, shared his aspirations and goals in building and operating an effective system for a multi-sector enterprise like KLB. He emphasized the importance of transparent performance evaluation to ensure fairness and motivation for all employees.
Mr. Tấn also acknowledged both the challenges and advantages that KLB may encounter throughout the project. He expressed his gratitude to the Executive Board and department heads for their trust, participation, and determination to build a stronger, more unified, and progressive KLB.
As the Project Steering Committee Chairman, Mr. Tấn formally presented the establishment decision to both the Project Steering Committee and the Implementation Team.
The Steering Committee and Project Team were officially introduced, with Mr. Bùi Trọng Tấn serving as the head of the Steering Committee.
The Consulting Team delivered a technical presentation outlining the implementation roadmap. According to the plan, the project will be carried out over four months, with the BSC & KPI framework expected to be completed by November 2024 and applied beginning Q1/2025.
An open and constructive discussion took place between both sides to clarify technical aspects and address outstanding concerns, helping to create a positive and collaborative spirit for implementation.
The event concluded successfully, with both parties reaffirming their commitment to cooperate closely and support one another throughout the project, and a commemorative group photo was taken to mark the occasion.
