KLB Honors Distribution Partners of the Feliz Homes Project
On January 6, 2024, KLB Joint Stock Company hosted a ceremony to honor the distribution agencies of the Feliz Homes project, while also reviewing the project’s business performance.

The event took place in a warm and dignified atmosphere, with the presence of the company’s Board of Directors and staff, representatives from 10 project distribution partners, and former Sales and Marketing managers from the early days of the project’s launch.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Trong Tan – Chairman of KLB JSC – reflected on the challenges faced by the economy in general and the real estate market in particular, noting that Feliz Homes was no exception. However, thanks to the investor’s sound strategy and management, the close collaboration of contractors, and especially the commitment of distribution partners, Feliz Homes overcame all obstacles spectacularly, becoming one of the few successful projects in Hanoi. Chairman Bui Trong Tan expressed his deep appreciation for the dedication and professionalism of the agencies who have been steadfast companions throughout the journey. He also extended heartfelt gratitude to the Sales and Marketing teams – from the very first members who initiated the project to those who are working tirelessly today.

As one of the top-performing agencies at Feliz Homes, Mr. Hoang Dinh Tuyen – General Director of ABC Vietnam International Trading & Service Co., Ltd. – shared his pride and joy in partnering with KLB throughout the process of bringing Feliz Homes to the market, and now being recognized as one of the project’s leading distributors. He emphasized that collaborating with KLB and Feliz Homes has played an important role in elevating the status and brand reputation of ABC on the capital’s real estate market.
In fact, Feliz Homes has received widespread positive feedback from policymakers, industry experts, and customers alike for its unique position in the market. It is worth noting that KLB’s projects in general, and Feliz Homes in particular, boast some of the lowest construction densities, alongside some of the highest ratios of greenery, water features, amenities, and transportation space in Hanoi’s urban core. This is a point of great pride for KLB and Feliz Homes, as not every developer or project is able – or willing – to achieve such a standard.
Known as the “tropical resort in the heart of Hanoi,” Feliz Homes has consistently made headlines over the past two years for maintaining one of the lowest housing construction densities in the city center – just over 20%. Nearly 80% of the total area is dedicated entirely to green spaces, water features, amenities, and traffic circulation. Instead of maximizing land use in a prime location just 4.5 km from Hoan Kiem Lake to build as many units as possible, Feliz Homes occupies only 5,120 sqm out of a total 21,023 sqm. In addition to over 1,000 sqm of swimming and landscape pools, greenery extends across building rooftops, walking paths, and themed gardens within the project – all designed to fulfill the promise that “every day feels like a peaceful, happy weekend.” This is a major differentiator compared to most urban apartment projects today, as it requires the investor to forgo significant profits to meet the growing demand for sustainable green living, both now and in the future. Beneath the Zen Tower, a 5,000 sqm modern shopping center will further enhance the long-term value of the residences.
With more than 40 internal amenities, three basements in each of its three towers, and an additional six-story mechanical parking facility on a 1,600 sqm plot, Feliz Homes offers the largest parking capacity in Hanoi’s urban core – nearly 40,000 sqm of parking space out of 103,000 sqm of residential floor area, equivalent to over 30 sqm of parking per 100 sqm of housing. These impressive figures have been highly praised by real estate experts and customers alike, as they address one of the most pressing pain points in Hanoi’s urban housing – parking space.
Feliz Homes continues to affirm its rare and unique proposition in the urban apartment segment: “No need to go far – home is your resort.”
